Our shipping team is shipping as per usual.
With Canada Post increase parcel volume, it is impacting their networks and causing delays of up to 7 business days. As a result, we are taking a proactive approach and now offering our customers FedEx Economy (transit time of 2-3 business days) as an option at checkout for a small nominal fee. If you are not in a hurry, you can still select our FREE Canada Post Expedited option at checkout.
We continue to monitor the rapidly evolving situation around COVID-19, and to actively follow the guidance and safety recommendations of the Public Health Agency of Canada.
