Where are you located?
We are Canadian which means no custom clearance, duties or currency conversions. We are located in the vibrant city of Montreal, Canada. All our prices are in Canadian dollars.
Can I pick up my package locally?
We are not open to the public. We are a large warehouse in Montreal, we can't monitor customers shopping from our warehouse.
How can I earn FREE shipping?
If you are located in Canada and your order is at least $39, you will receive FREE Canada Post Expedited shipping. You will receive your order within 3-10 business days depending on area of residence.*For customers who do not receive mail on a daily basis, we may notify you regarding a shipping fee. This occurs mostly when your postal code has the number "0" in it. Unfortunately Canada Post does charge a surcharge for deliveries to these areas. We already subsidize your shipping with our "Free Shipping on Every Order" campaign. We will email you promptly if your order applies for these extra shipping charges. Generally those charges range from $9.95+tax.
Can I have my packaged shipped to an alternate address beside billing?
Yes. That is possible. Just fill out the appropriate shipping and billing information at checkout. Please include a valid phone number where applicable as our fraud prevention department may want to contact you to further verify some information.
What shipping courier do you use?
We ship all our packages via Canada Post Expedited service. Free for orders over $39. If you require an alternate courier company, please contact us and we can arrange UPS or FedEx as an option. Additional fees may be applicable.
Can I have my package held at my local Canada Post Store for pick up?
Yes. At checkout, there is an option for “Hold for Canada Post Local Pick Up”. Just check off that option. You will receive a notice in your mail box from Canada Post when the package is ready for pick up. You will have to provide the slip, piece of ID and sign for it.
How soon will my order ship?
We do our best to get you your order as quickly as possible. With the exception of weekends and holidays, we ship all orders within 1-4 days once placed. In general, all customers should receive their order within 3-10 business days.
How discreet is your packaging?
Our team here at Got Curves understands the need for discretion. Rest assured all packages come in a plain bubble envelope/box with no indication on the bubble envelope/box of what is in the box. Is your inventory live?
Yes! Our inventory is updated twice a day in order to provide you with the most accurate inventory possible. It is designed to only allow you to order products we currently have in stock. If your size isn't available on a specific product, there is an option to be notified automatically when it becomes available.

If you find a lower price on any authorized Canadian website, we will issue you a refund for the price difference and give you a discount on a future purchase.
